Ginger Turmeric Immunity tea

- 2 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Recent turmeric grated /turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp Uncooked honey (non-compulsory)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Few slices Lemon slices
In a small saucepan over low warmth, mix turmeric, ginger, cinnamon stick, and black pepper with water.
Enable for no less than 20 minutes of cooking time for the elements to permeate.
